I stayed here recently while visiting family, and overall it was an okay experience. The main issue for me was how long it took the staff to get back to me. I tried calling and emailing a couple of times, but most responses came late or didn’t really answer what I needed. It wasn’t a terrible stay by any means, but when you’re trying to sort out quick details, it gets frustrating fast.

I felt like I spent more time saying no to people trying to sell me stuff than actually relaxing. I remember this one guy had a bright orange clipboard for some reason, and every time I saw it coming my way, I knew I was about to get pitched again. It kind of ruined the vibe for me.

Umm, overall it was a really fun day. There was a good mix of activities, so we stayed busy pretty much the whole time. The only downside was that some of the lines were kinda long, but we still had a good time

Stayed here and was happy with it. The amenities were actually available, not just something listed online, which I appreciated. The pool, food options, and parking were all sorta easy to deal with. Overall, it was a really smooth stay...

I still remember standing there at check-in feeling tired and just wanting to get to my room, but it seemed to take forever. The staff looked a bit confused, which made the whole process feel even more frustrating. Not the best first impression.

Stayed here for the weekend and had a really good experience. The room was spotless when we walked in, the bed looked fresh, the floors were clean, the surfaces weren’t dusty, the mirrors didn’t have smudges, and even the little corners seemed taken care of. The bathroom was clean too, no weird smells, no hair in the shower, no grime around the sink, no dusty vents, none of that stuff that usually makes me second-guess a hotel room. Overall, I was happy with the stay and would definitely come back

I went in expecting a normal day on the mountain, but what I remember most is standing in long lift lines and then getting stuck with icy runs once I finally got up there. The staff I dealt with seemed kind of annoyed, like I was bothering them, and the snowboard rental had definitely seen better days. Maybe it was just a bad day, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t go back...

Used Massanutten Resort for a quick stay. Just checking dates at first, then ended up booking. Overall, the safety side felt fine to me. Secure lock showed up on the pages, payment looked normal, no sketchy pop-ups or random redirects. Nothing that made me nervous. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I wish they explained a little more about how they protect personal info. That would’ve been nice to see. But I didn’t run into any issues. Felt safe enough using it

I had a really good time, and maybe it’s just because I’m the type of person who gets stressed about parking way too easily, but it was so much better than I expected. We were always able to find a spot close enough, even when it got busy. The shuttle and transport options were a big help too, especially since I’ll use any excuse not to drive around more than I have to. Overall, it felt simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

Stayed here for a weekend, and maybe it’s just me, but I felt like it was a little too pricey for what we actually got. The room was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but once the food and extra charges started adding up, it didn’t feel like the best value. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means, I just think there are other places nearby that offer a bit more for the money...

I had an issue with my booking and wish I hadn’t worried about it as much as I did. Customer service got back to me quickly, and while it took a bit of back and forth, they ended up sorting everything out. Overall, it turned into a good experience.

The views were really great, probably my favorite part. The location was easy enough too, even though I still managed to get a little turned around, so I guess that’s more on me. Overall, it was a nice spot and felt convenient.

I tried to book a room through the site, but it kept freezing when I got to the payment step. There wasn’t any clear error message, so I had to start the whole process over twice. To be fair, it might’ve just been a temporary glitch, but after a couple of tries I gave up and booked somewhere else

I had a good time overall, but wow, it felt crowded for most of the day. The lines got really long, especially later on, and I kept noticing little things like how slowly the line would move every time someone stopped to check a bag or ask a question. It was fun once we actually got to do stuff, but by the end my feet were sore and I was definitely ready to sit down somewhere quiet.

We took the kids to the water park, they had a good time. The slides were fun, and the lazy river was a nice break when it wasn’t too crowded. But the place filled up really fast, and after a while everything just felt like a wait. The food was expensive, the lines moved slowly, and dealing with the hit-or-miss staff kind of drained me. Some were nice, others seemed like they were just over it too. Overall, it wasn’t a bad day, but for what we paid, I expected things to run a little smoother

The bed was actually really comfy, and I slept better than I expected after a long day of dragging my bag around. The room itself felt a bit cramped though, especially when I had my suitcase open by the chair. Not a huge deal, but I did keep bumping into the little side table while looking for my phone charger.

Stayed here for a weekend and my first impression was that it seemed fine, so I figured we were good. But quickly my brain started doing that thing where one small issue makes you notice all the others, stained hallway carpet, a flickering light outside our room, and a bathroom fan that sounded like it was working way too hard.
The staff was friendly enough, so I don’t want to make it sound awful. It just felt like the place is falling a bit behind on upkeep, and for the price, I expected things to be in better shape. Not the worst stay by any means, just more disappointing than I hoped.

The food was just really bad. I was hoping it would be decent, but it ended up being a unnecessary disappointment.
